Every month we will send you a financial report detailing all transactions on your property. The report provides you with an instant overview of your finances and can also be conveniently forwarded to your accountant for bookkeeping purposes. Furthermore, we will collect your rent and execute transfers to ensure all your finances are kept in order, allowing you to focus on other priorities. We use state of the art property management software, which not only provides an online access panel for the landlord, but also a panel for the tenant to view bills and report maintenance issues.
