The Dutch investor is expanding its portfolio with another residential project through Hamilton May. The unprecedented purchase took place in Krakow’s Zabłocie.
The
transaction was handled by Greg Ryzio, one of Hamilton May’s most experienced
agents. The agent participated in the course of the transaction from the very
beginning. His role was to associate the developer with the buyer, watch over
the negotiations and finalization of the contract.
Thanks to
this, the first investment of this type in the PRS (Private Rented Sector)
model is being built in Zabłocie. It is a sector of professional long-term
rental, in which tenants, as part of one investment, receive a selection of
modern, furnished apartments.
The
investor is a trusted partner of Hamilton May, with whom we have jointly
influenced the professionalization of standards on the Polish apartment rental
market since 2017. The final choice of the building was determined by its
attractive location, modern aesthetics and innovative architectural solutions.
