Hamilton to handle management, letting and fitout of Aleja Solidarności PRS investment

Hamilton Asset Management is working together with the investor Van Der Vorm to realise the 55 unit PRS Aleja Solidarności.

Fitout is currently underway in co-operation with Decoroom with expected completion around the end of March 2022, with 20 crews on site at present.

Full functional designs of each unit have been prepared and the apartments will be presented to prospective tenants fully furnished and ready to move in.

More to come on this project in Q1 2022 when our leasing team will release the apartments to the market for pre-letting.
