The project is designed for tenants looking to enjoy the
urban lifestyle. With its location by 2nd metro line station, in a vibrant
Praga Północ district, it provides easy access to Warsaw’s CBD. All apartments
have balconies and storage spaces. Parking spaces for tenants are also
available.
The building’s architecture is inspired by Praga’s
industrial past. Apartments has been thoroughly home-stagged and their
panoramic floor-tu-ceiling windows render bright, contemporary living space.
The Dutch investor, Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep, signed a
forward purchase agreement at the beginning of 2019. The acquisition has been
assisted by Hamilton Group, who is also a partner for leasing and property
management services.
