Historical ornaments, a grand and high hall, representative, large staircases with wrought iron balustrades and turrets have been preserved in the tenement house. Witolda 3840 is a project that skillfully combines respect for history with the needs of the present. The revitalization of the former Customs Office from the early 20th century was completed in 2021. As part of the construction work, the heart of the project was restored - a historic four-story property, which was supplemented with a contemporary wing to be added, and a new free-standing, two-story building was built along the Oder River. The main purpose of the property is residential, commercial, service and catering premises have been designed on the ground floor. The tenement house perfectly fits into the architecture of the Old Town.
