History of the building

The project restored two historic tenement houses from 1910 and 1911, giving them a modern style and the newest technological solutions. The restored building was expanded with additional levels taking an interesting shapes, especially from the side of Vistula river.

The combination of architectural styles is a tribute to the history of the Salwator district. In XX century the plot of the development was used as a city beach. Nowadays the area still is one of the most peaceful, green and beautiful part of Krakow.

Location

Within a few minutes walk from the investment, you can get to such attractions of the city as the Main Market Square, the Wawel Castle, Kazimierz, the boulevards or city parks.
