Grzegorz Rychlak

Grzegorz joined the Hamilton May team in September 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience in real estate that began in 2009, and in sales dating back to 2001. Early in his career, Grzegorz made a strong impression; as a new real estate advisor in 2010, he secured 2nd place in nationwide sales for one of the leading developers.
In 2015, with the deregulation of the real estate profession, he completed DOSPON courses and earned his license (no. 21844). He then delved deeper into real estate investment, exploring diverse strategies such as buy-to-let properties, "flips," and assignments in the primary market. From 2017 to 2020, Grzegorz ran the "Real Estate Investment Academy," offering both in-person and online courses for aspiring investors. To this day, he remains an active investor, guided by his motto: "You don’t find opportunities; you create them." This philosophy also defines his approach to client service.

Outside of work, Grzegorz is a proud father of two adult daughters and a passionate gamer (Team PlayStation). He has been practicing aikido for years and enjoys amateur muay thai and Italian knife fencing from the Sicilian school. These hobbies not only help him relieve stress but also teach discipline and resilience, which he applies both on and off the mat. Aikido, in particular, helps him maintain a healthy lifestyle and achieve work-life balance.
One of Grzegorz’s dreams is to visit Japan and follow in the footsteps of Morihei Ueshiba, the founder of modern aikido.
